closing pugpetz down

I dont know how all you feel,, but i am very sad about hearing that the administration of this site is considerating closing the site down due to lack of activity from all of us. I know that we are all very busy during the summer months, which includes me, but i do try to get on at least once a week, even just to check out my own page. I would like to hear how everyone else feels about this and maybe we should all contact them and let the administration know how we feel.

I certainly hope that this wasn't a pranck. Did anyone else get this e-mail on this subject in the past few days. Let me know, Thank you

07/20/2008 21:47:17 I hope this isn't the case as well, no, I don't come as much as I would like to, but I love knowing there is a place to come to when I do get a chance to talk to other people and get to know other people who have a pug like I do.

06/22/2008 13:15:11 I would be very upset if this site closed down ... I paid for 3 memberships just for my pugs and a friends pug (ALL VIP) . It takes time for a site to build n grown I am sure dogster was not booming overnite. I am busy working and summer is hard because of being outdoors even more. Princess Vala V .............

I think it would be horrible if they shut down the site... i understand the summer months people have things to do, vacation, and just plain relaxing, so I think it would be so unfair to shut it down. I have met great people, you included, and if it wasnt for this site, we would have never started talking!!! I really do hope they dont shut it down!!!

I did and I think it's terrible. I am also busy wih a new job and having to move and everything, but I still visit this site frequently. I think closing the site based on our recent activity, or lack of, (due to summer break) is a shame. I have met wounderful people and their pugs on here. I have learned about health issues on pugs that I find very valuable. And God forbid if anything were to happen to my Hanna, I would definitely need a support system!
